We specialize in working with sports bars, pubs, grills. We offer and present the absolute best boiled crawfish in the state of Texas. And it's even better with a cold beer and all the other drinks that you offer. We are priced to allow you to make money on our product. Expect an increase in your bar sales as well. In New Orleans we call this lagniappe.  A little extra benefit for you.

Our staff will work with yours to make these events profitable and fun. We work for you and with you to achieve the success we both want. We can be very proactive in terms of selling within your establishment by offering samples and talking it up. We sell for you too. The meal is not complete without a cold one. We want and need a good reference. We want to earn your business again.

If you wish we can simply deliver the product. We don't recommend this but you are the boss. We would deliver the crawfish in ice chests with thermometers in each chest to help your staff maintain the proper temperatures. The ambience of the boiling crawfish pot and the aroma that ensues will have people hungry and anxious for that first fresh serving.

With this kind of event you will attract new customers. You will also boost sales during a traditional down time. Slow Friday and Saturday afternoon? We will talk more about your establishment than our business and be sure to invite them back.

Corporate and Private Events

 

How much should you order? A general rule of thumb is that you should budget four pounds per person. This is slightly higher than what other companies may recommend. Our experience has shown us that it is better to have more than to run out.

We have tables, chairs, canopies, crawfish trays and everything you will need to make your event special.

Corporate Events

 

Our uniformed staff will present and maintain a professional decorum throughout the event. We are there to serve you and to help make your event an astounding success.

The place to start is to know how many people you will have in attendance. Presently we can cater an event with up to forty people.

Private Parties

 

We are prepared to help turn a private gathering into a memorable feast. We will cater any private event that will require two or more sacks of crawfish.

The market dictates the prices. And it is a volatile market. We are offering and serving a fresh product. We will respond promptly to all inquires via phone or email.
